Commerzialization

Commerzialization covers the transfer of utilisation rights to end investors, purchasers or tenants or the coordination of real estate agents included in the process. This module includes preparatory work and control measures designed to lead to the conclusion of sales and rental contracts.

  • Establishing of contacts with potential purchasers, tenants, leaseholders and documentation of discussions held with stakeholders
  • Drawing up of a catalogue of requirements for the process for selecting tenderers
  • Coordination and advice on the drawing up of a sample LOI / sample contracts
  • Leadership of preliminary negotiations with potential purchasers
  • Development of suggestions for action for the client
  • Support to anchor tenants / operators
  • Calculation of marketing costs
  • Advice on legal and economic aspects of the sales process
