Redserve implements new CI-guidelines to all Opel dealers in Austria and Switzerland
General Motors improves the brand identity at Opel by a new marketing concept that ranges from new product lines and interior concepts to exterior signage and a redesigned cladding.
As a strategic partner of Arcadis, Redserve is holding full responsibility for the implementation since the beginning of the project at the two central European markets Austria and Switzerland. Redserve is working with a wide variety of dealer groups and suppliers to drive consistency across the portfolio. Redserve adapted existing ways of working and tools to improve efficiency and accelerate the program. Also the teams (planner and executors) were pushed to meet requirements when and where it was needed. As a result of our effort Austria is going to be the first market all over Europe with a 100% full brand compliance.
